The Captain’s Choice tournament will be held at Mill Creek Golf Course on Friday, May 30th. The shotgun start will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Awards Luncheon. Upon reviewing the opportunities listed below, please complete and submit the appropriate forms, linked at the below to confirm your participation.
IMPORTANT DATES TO NOTE:
All registrations and sponsorships must be paid in full by Friday, May 9th at 5 p.m. or your spot will be released.
All golfer names and substitutions are due by Noon on Friday, May 16th.
No refunds will be issued after Friday, May 9th.
